Multiple award-winning dancehall artiste Stonebwoy has reiterated that he is champion of the dancehall genre of music.
Stonebwoy was declared the Best Reggae/Dancehall artiste in African at the just ended 2018 AFRIMA which took place at the International Conference Centre.

The artiste won against his strong contender’s controversial ‘Gringo’ hitmaker Shatta Wale (Ghana) , Burna Boy (Nigeria), Diamond Platnumz (Tanzania), DJ Moh Green (Algeria), Jah Prayzah (Zimbabwe), Mzvee (Ghana), Patoranking (Nigeria), Roberto (Zambia), Sauti Sol (Kenya), and Van (Morroco).
The ‘Bawasaba’ crooner stated that the award is for us all even though it’ll lie in his house.

He noted that he has deep believe that music originated from Africa. So the awards is for us all.
