A Nigerian man has “broken the internet” after his proposal to his longtime girlfriend went viral due to it being regarded as one of the most brilliant proposals ever witnessed in the country.
The beautiful lady is a doctor who works at the national Assembly clinic . On the fateful day she was proposed to, she did not anticipated it in anyway.
She went to work like any normal day and continued in the day’s activities until she was summoned to the National Assembly where it was said that a member of the House was sick.

Upon reaching there, the lady whose name is Bongy Usun saw her boyfriend. As she was chatting with him, a crowd of familiar faces began to gather around her and this was when it dawned on her that she had been tricked.
The boyfriend wasted no time in going down on one knee to pop the question and thankfully she said yes, leaving the crowd cheering in excitement.

The video and the photos of the stellar proposal has been shared widely and it has elicited different reactions from social media users.
Many people praised the boyfriend of the doctor for being romantic and thinking outside the box.

Sharing quite gorgeous photos from the romantic moment, Bongy wrote,
‘So it was a beautiful morning at work doing my doctor duties at the National Assembly clinic when I was called by a friend to come quickly to the House of Reps that an Honourable needed medical attention!
Looking like a human being going to save the world with my stethoscope and prescription paper oh.Boom! My loved ones all over with cameras. how they were even able to get into the National Assembly Abuja building is still a mystery!
This amazing man instead of asking the question though, actually froze but I said YES’
