Award winning Ghanaian music star, Emmanuel Kwasi Danso Arthur Jnr, also known as Kwesi Arthur has has made it clear to his father that he is not cutting his hair anytime soon.
Recently it was all over in the news that the rapper’s dad Mr Arthur had wanted him to cut his dreadlocks down.
According to the father of Kwesi Arthur, it is a known fact that Hip Hop and Hiplife artists love to be seen wearing tattoos and plenty earings but Kwesi Arthur does not do any of those things.
However, he emphasized that he is unhappy about the rapper’s dreadlocks hairstyle and he cited himself being a staunch member of the Church of Pentecost, to make his complaint, but in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Kwesi Arthur says, he will indeed cut the hair but now.
The artist said he loves to keep his hair and that his father should exercise patience because he will definitely cut it off someday at the right time.
“I just love this dreadlocks, i look good in it. Yes, my dad has asked me over and over again to cut it . Very tough decision for me, but i will definitely cut it but not now” he said.
