Patricia, the wife of Kumawood actor, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has reacted to her leaked confession audio.
Top Kay during an interview with Kwaku Manu on his Aggressive Interview show did promise to back his claim that the wife of Lil Win is a cheat.
Finally Top Kay released the promised tape which has Patricia confessing that she cheated on her husband Kwadwo Nkansah.

The wife of Kumawood actor Kwadwo has reacted to the viral leaked audio where she confessed about sleeping with other men while married to the actor.
In an apologetic voice the lady said all the things he confessed to are in her past and that “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

“Any reasonable woman who listened to the audio will understand that if your husband performs his duty as a good husband in marriage, you wouldn’t have extramarital affairs. All I want to say is that I have nothing done wrong to Top Kay and I don’t know how he got the audio.
I am sorry if I ever wronged him and I don’t want to address this issue anymore. I leave everything to God”, she disclosed.
