Information gathered by AtinkaNews.Net has it that the embattled Menzgold CEO, Nana Appiah Mensah aka NAM1, has won his appeal court case in Dubai.
According to his unofficial PRO, Stanley Kodia aka KOD, at the end of the ruling, the Dubai gold company, Horizon Royal Diamond agreed finally to pay Nana Appiah Mensah the 39 million dollars he is owed.

The court at its sitting on Tuesday over an appeal filed by Royal Horison also ordered the company to pay NAM1 compensation for the period he has been incarcerated in Dubai.
KOD also revealed that Nana Appiah Mensah is now clear to return to Ghana and he has already assured Menzgold customers he is returning to pay every pesewa he owes his clients.
The Menzgold CEO had been arrested in Dubai for an alleged wrong gold deal with Royal Horison.

But it has turned out that he was innocent and was doing genuine business.
