Winner of the Pepper Dem edition of BBNaija, Mercy Eke, has splashed cash on a luxurious 4-bedroom house at the Victoria Crest Homes, in Lekki Lagos.
The purchase was made possible by real estate mogul, Ned Okonkwo, who made the house extremely affordable for her.

Photos and video circulating on social media show Mercy’s boyfriend Ike in her company as she posed for pictures with her new house key while taking a tour around the new building.
Reacting to the news, Cubana Chief Priest congratulated Mercy on the purchase and also thanked Ned Okonkwo for making it easy for his friend to acquire the property.
He said:
“Congrats Mercy, Thanks so much, Ned Okonkwo for making this purchase softer Landlady 4 Lagos. No be Bobo juice.
“Landlady for Lekki to be precise – Victoria Crest Homes. Home made easy, Ike. We dey go owerri, you gats come see my people”
Confirming the news shared by the Pepper Dem winner, Ichechi Okonkwo, CEO of the Victoria Crest Homes, shared a video of Mercy on her Instagram page while congratulating her on becoming a landlord.
“Congratulations baby girl, buying yourself a house the best decision and I am super proud Mercy Lambo on the 1000Landladies train and moving,” her caption .
