Tragedy has befallen on a Nigerian family, as they mourn their daughter who passed away just five days to her wedding.
The deceased lady identified as Farida Saminu is reported to have drowned in floodwater on Sunday evening on October 27, 2019.

A relative of the deceased, Husaini K. disclosed in an interview with LIB that Farida went for a meeting with the makeup artiste she had contracted for her wedding and was heading home when the sad incident unfolded.
She boarded a tricycle known as ‘k3k3’ that had five passengers including herself.

Sadly as they were climbing a bridge, the water wave swept the tricycle to the edge of the bridge and she fell into the river.
She was the only person that died in the terrible incident.Husaini said Farida’s body has not been found.
This is really tragic, such a fine beautiful woman wasted over a deplorable circumstance, may her soul rest in peace.
