A young man is in the custody of the University of Ghana Security after he was allegedly caught taking pictures and videos of students.
The man was caught taking a video of other male students in one of the male washrooms at Annex A of the Legon Hall, University of Ghana.
According to eyewitness , the said young man entered the washroom that doesn’t have any mirrors, fully clothed in a black shirt, jeans and shoes with a phone in his back pocket and whilst pretending to be combing his hair, was secretly filming and taking pictures of the male residents who were bathing.
Some students who grew suspicious of his activity in the washroom approached him and upon further interrogation, concluded that the young man was up to some mischief.
He was then asked by the group of boys to unlock his phone so they can see if he was indeed taking videos of them but he refused, and this drew more suspicion.
He is now in the custody of the police.
