Nigerian singer, Davido’s first baby mama, Sophia Momodu has responded after the singer said that he never took her to Ghana for a vacation.
Davido has dismissed the report that she took Sophia Momodu and their daughter, Imade on a vacation to Ghana.

Explaining what had happened, Davido disclosed that Sophia had a business deal with the organizers of the same concert he was attending in the country, and he had her fly with him since they were headed to the same destination.
“You all know very well I recently proposed to my girlfriend, chioma recently and it would make no sense whatsoever for me to be doing such. My daughter’s mom had business in Ghana with Afrochella selling Imade’s hair products at stalls and I obviously was booked to perform at Afronation.
I simply gave her a lift to Ghana for the sake of Imade who I didn’t want left in Lagos without her mum. It was either that or she fly economy,” his message read in part.

The singer who is set to marry Chioma later this year stressed that he would never hurt her or do anything to disrespect her family.
However, Davido’s explanation did not sit well with Sophia Momodu as she took to her social media account to tackle the singer.
Reacting to the singer’s statement , angry Sophia Momodu took to her Snapchat
and started clearly that she never asked for a lift from the singer.
“I’m bout burn the whole shit down cos I neverrrrrr asked for a lift” she wrote :
