Everyday they take light – Stefflon Don laments over power cuts in Nigeria

Jamaican rapper Stephanie Victoria Allen, known professionally as Stefflon Don, has lamented about the terrible power supply in Nigeria during her visit to the country.

Nigerians living in the country are no strangers to constant power outage and it has become a norm to the extent that people start feeling uneasy when there is ‘too much light’.

Latest to join the bandwagon of people complaining about irrational instability of power in Nigeria is Burna Boy’s girlfriend, Stefflon Don.

Steff had come to Nigeria in late December during which she had a show in Lagos, she has now noticed some things that may have not been apparent to her before.

Stefflon took to her Instagram page to rant about the unstable electricity in the city of Lagos. She posted a video where she expressed her disappointment.

In the video, the British rapper was seen pointing a flash light at her face as she was obviously in the dark with her friends. Then she spoke on the power outage.

She was heard saying the words’ “Everyday guys, At this point, guys, every day, Nigeria power goes off.”
