Award-winning rapper Sarkodie has received his BET Hip Hop Award plaque and he has given his fans the privilege to see how he unboxed it.
The rapper beats off stiff competition from Nigeria’s Falz the Bad Guy, Ghetts , Kalash from France, Female rapper; Little Simz from the UK, South African hip hop prodigy; Nasty C, and Tory Lanez of Canada to win the award.

Sarkodie after being crowned the winner of the award dedicated the nod to his daughter Titi in his acceptance speech on the night.
He also used the opportunity to urge the world to visit Ghana as part of the Year of Return celebrations in December 2019.
Appreciating his fan base for their unflinching support, Obidi decided to unbox the plaque live on camera for them to see it for the first time.

“For a minute the package is in, it’s been sitting here finally I am here, I am about to see it, I want you guys to have the experience to see the Best International Flow award for Ghana. I won’t even say it’s for Ghana” he said.
