The Sunday Gleane, a newspaper in Jamaica has exclusively featured Shatta Wale on its page, The newspaper tagged him as the ‘King of African Dancehall.’

Shatta Wale, the Ghanaian “Dancehall” artist was featured in the entertainment section of the newspaper with a page committed to the stories of his career, his ups and downs, his rebranding and the successes he has made and still making.

Shatta Wale was praised as the ‘King of African Dancehall’ with respect to his love and number of years in promoting the genre in Africa without trying to change for other genres.
