The member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong the ‘anti fake pastors crusader’ has responded to news of Bishop Obinim’s failure to meet his bail condition.
The honourable member of parliament said he was astonished the ‘Angel’ Bishop Obinim could not afford to bail himself out after many ‘mouth mouth’ of the past that he was financially sound.
The MP is particularly in a state of dismay that Obinim of all has not even a friend who is poised to use their properties as surety to grant him bail.
“You don’t have good friends who can put one house down as surety for you?”, Kennedy asked shockingly.
Mr Agyapong has also disclosed that he was the one who reported Rev Obinim to the police, adding that he personally led the witnesses to the police to report him.
He said, he was prepared to combat Obinim, he commented: “You said you will go one full year with me but I am going four years with you to see who has real God in him”. It looks like the fight between Bishop Obinim and Kennedy Ohene Agyapong is becoming ‘spiritual’.
Until now, the two individuals who have presented themselves to stand as sureties for the bail of Bishop Daniel Obinim have also accused the Ghana Police Service of intentionally frustrating the process in order to keep the popular pastor in custody.
