Head pastor of the International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim proved to Ghanaians he is not broke as he flaunted $100 notes to celebrate his release from police custody on Saturday afternoon
Bishop Daniel Obinim, who many consider as one of the richest men of God in Ghana, had struggled to pay 100,000 Ghana cedis bail to set him free from custody.

It took Obinim four days to pay the money, thereby making people conclude that he is broke, however on Saturday he proved them all wrong

The controversial preacher was arrested for the alleged publication of false news and forgery of documents contrary to sections 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offences Act, (1960) (ACT 29) respectively.
Mr Obinim was scheduled to appear in court on June 1 while investigations continue and had been granted bail to the tune of GHC100,000 by an Accra Magistrate Court with three sureties and one person to be justified.
But the popular pastor was reportedly straggled to meet the bail requirements.

Bishop Daniel Obinim was finally released on Friday after paying the money.
People believe Kennedy Agyapong who Obinim has been engaged in a media war with is behind the arrests. Agyapong has threatened to disgrace Obinim.
