Ofankor ; Police investigations reveals landlord killed tenant over a woman.

The Police has launched investigations into a recent murder case involving one
Mr. Steve Nana Kamkam (landlord) and Spark Benjamin (tenant) and has discovered that the two had a disagreement over a woman.

During an encounter with the media,DSP George Asare of the Mile 7 District Police Commander revealed that the landlord Mr. Steve Nana Kamkam had a perilous correlation with the decease

As declared by DSP Asare, the landlord demonstrated an intimate interest in a woman who was very close to the deceased and asked for his assistance to win the fondness of the woman.

“Information reaching us is that the landlord is a womanizer. Another lady also confirmed that indeed, he is into lots of women. The landlord told the tenant that he likes a certain woman whom he was very ‘free’ with, so he (the deceased) should ‘link’ him to the girl,” DSP George Asare stated.

He continued to indicate that, the deceased successful linked the landlord to the lady. However, the deceased connived with the lady to take money from the landlord as she always request for huge sums of money.

The landlord after discovering the partnership between the two of them, planned a way to retaliate the deceased by ensuring that the deceased vacate his premises when his time elapses.

In the heat of altercation with the landlord the deceased, Benjamin asked that he should be given little time to be able to move out but the landlord who had already planned had AK47 riffle and shot the deceased four times from a close range.

Before the incident, the deceased told a police friend in the area series of threats he had recieved from the landlord. Further investigations will be conducted to uncover the truths. He added

Meanwhile, the landlord has been remanded by a circuit Court in Accra
