“I faced more racism in Ghana than in abroad” – Wendy Shay reveals (VIDEO)

Wendy Shay Ghanaian musician has shared her thoughts on the global demonstration against racism following the sudden death of George Floyd’s death.

In an interview with RuffTown Records singee she revealed that, she has also experienced racism at the time she was leaving in Germany but the situation in Ghana as regards racism is worse

“I have faced a lot of racism in Germany … but when I came to Ghana, I have experienced worst things that I didn’t even experience in Germany”.

According to the musician, she decided to come back home in a bid to get away from the racial abuse in Germany and to also contribute her talent to the Ghanaian music industry.

“But when I came here, what I went through was like thousand times more than what I have faced in Germany,” she said.

Based on what she has been through, the artiste reiterated that Ghanaians should join hands with the international communities to help in the eradication of racism. She is at the moment promoting her new song titled “Emergency” which features Bosom Pyuon.
