Stonebwoy breaks his silence on Kelvyn Boy’s assault; triggers legal process against him

Ghanaian dancehall act, Livingstone Etse Satekla,aka Stonebwoy through his record label has reacted to allegations that he’s the mastermind behind the attack on Kelvynboy at Ashaiman.

The violence occurred on Monday, June 22, when thugs stormed and attacked Kelvynboy at an Electroland Ghana Limited shop opening in Ashaiman.

The afrobeats artiste was seen in a viral video struggling to defend himself from the clearly agitated attacker as the gathering shouted for calm.

According to reports, one man behind the attack is allegedly Stonebwoy’s former bodyguard.

Following the fracas, Kelvyn Boy who was a former signee of the Burniton Music Group took to social media via micro-blogging platform twitter, to vent his spleen.

He shared a series of tweets which fanatics users believe to be a subtle attempt to accuse Stonebwoy’s camp of orchestrating the scuffle.

Addressing these allegations through a statement released by the Burniton Music Group Limited, the record label described the Kelvynboy’s “imputations of criminal conduct” as “very scandalous, and calculated to cause disaffection for Stonebwoy, our organisation, and our brand.

According to the press release, Kelvyn Boy’s rants and insinuations that his estranged boss has sent the thugs after him is false and that his comments are only coming out of exaggerated self-importance.

The statement further revealed that the record label is taking the necessary legal steps to vindicate Stonebwoy and his brand from the accusations.
