Wendy Shay vowed not to sing profane songs after the earth tremor hits some parts of Accra

On 24th June 2020, some parts of Accra experienced an earth tremor in the form of an earthquake which implants fear and panic amongst the people living in the area.

The earth tremor with a magnitude of 4.0mb, a depth of 10 km, and at a distance of 19 km just hit 7km North-West of Gbawe, 19km North-West of Accra, Ghana, happening three consecutive times in less than 30 minutes.

Following the earth tremor which shook some parts of Accra for the first time, some Ghanaians on Twitter have shared their experiences with how they felt.

Well, on the other hand, the Rufftown records signee Wendy Shay who was clearly shaken by the event took to her Twitter page to plead for forgiveness from God for singing unholy and profane songs.

According to Wendy Shay, God should have mercy on her and forgive her sins. She promised and crossed her heart never to sing any of her profane songs again.
