Sofia Marroquin,19-year-old was given a rectangular-shaped face after a surgery to have a new look gone wrong
Information gathered suggest that she underwent the cosmetic surgery to dissolve fat from her chin but instead, the procedure culminated in a temporary facial swelling and bruising.

The young woman shared video on TikTok revealing her “new look” after undergoing a Kybella treatment.
The procedure that left her head in that awkward shape involves a non-surgical injection technique used to reduce excess fat beneath the skin

In giving an explaination to her new look, Sofia said: “Lots of people have been asking why I made my face look like a rectangle. I didn’t purposefully make my face look like a rectangle.”
“I got a treatment done called Kybella which removes fat from the lower part of your face. People tend to get it for your double chin but I got it in my jowls area.” She said.
