The brand is suing her for her vile statements against them on her social media pages. They demanded a fine of GHC500,000’, and a retraction on her social media pages.
Yesterday news broke that she had been arrested and was in police custody.

However Afia denies claims that she was arrested. In an Instagram live Afia is seen driving while hurling insults on whoever started the rumors that. She says she was invited to talk not arrested.
