And this time around he has been exposed for supposedly marrying a foreign woman with the aim of gaining citizenship to her country.

The American lady was born on a small island called Saint Kitts and Nevis located in the West Indies, located between North and South America. She now resides in North Carolina. By marriage, Hushpuppi has taken on her right to citizenship of the country.

This week, the government of Saint Kitts and Nevis distanced itself from the supposed criminal after establishing the news to media outlets in a statement.

However the FBI have disclosed that they will be using the Instagram account of Hushpuppi as evidence to charge him in the long list of crimes he’s been accused of, including; money-laundering, cyber fraud, hacking, criminal impersonating, scamming individuals, banking fraud and identity theft.

Hushpuppi’s account – which boasts 2.5 million followers – shows of a life of designer shopping sprees, lavish homes and holidays abroad and fleet of super-cars and private jets.

In fact the social media flexing was a mere cover-up to lure in potential new victims, claims authorities. They also claim that Hushpuppi and a group of other scammers including Mr Woodberry made silly slip-ups online which ultimately provided crucial information about their fraudulent activities to investigators.
