Identity of Ghanaian dance group in Beyonce’s ‘Already’ video finally revealed

The long-awaited Already video which features Ghana’s very own Shatta Wale has finally been released by multiple award-winning singer Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter known simply as Beyoncé.

The video however sees Shatta Wale, known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah, dancing with the Ghana flag and doing so while donning his many necklaces and rings.

Portions of the video saw Shatta Wale seated on a horse as he sang his verse of the Already song and also danced with Beyoncé in what looked like a warehouse.

Following the release the video, it has emerged that the video did not only feature Shatta Wale but also a Ghanaian dance group.

The group identified as Dance With A Purpose Academy (DWP) headed by one Llyod and Afro Beast were seen dancing on a street that looked so much like a part of Accra which sellers and kids gathered to watch the dance moves.

The group, shortly after the release of the ‘Black is King’ video, shared snippets of their dance video, urging fans to watch it.
