Kelvynboy reacts after losing Afrobeat song of the year award to Dope Nation at VGMAs

Ghanaian Afrobeat singer Kelvyn Brown, better known by his stage name Kelvyn Boy has spoken out after losing Afrobeat song of the year award to Dope Nation at VGMAs.

Kelvynboy who parades himself as the Afrobeat king in Ghana’s current music terrane lost the award for Afrobeat song of the year to ex-signees of lynx entertainment, Dope Nation.

Kelvynboy who was hoping to win at least afro beat song of the year mentioned during his performance that his ”Mea” song deserved the award.

Unfortunately, the pundits and the voters did not agree as Dope Nation clinched the award with their nationwide banger, Zanku.

When Dopenation’s name was mentioned as the winner, Kelvin Boy angrily walked out of the auditorium.
