‘If I don’t kill your sister then I’m fake’ – Pastor Ofori tells wife’s family during a confrontation

US-based Ghanaian pastor, Sylvester Ofori, of Flood Gates of Heaven Ministries in Orlando, faces murder charge after shooting his wife Barbara Tommey.

The said incident took place outside the 27-year-old woman’s workplace at the Navy Federal Credit Union near the Mall at Millenia in Orlando on Tuesday 8th September 2020 morning.

The two were wedded five years ago in a beautiful ceremony at a plush estate in the United States.

The video of Sylvester Ofori and Barabara Tommey has surfaced online following the gruesome murder.

Another video has emerged online, which shows pastor Ofori and Barbara’s brother engaged in a serious trade of words.

Barbara’s family is said to have accompanied her to her estranged husband’s home for some documents when she was attacked in their presence.

This prompted Barbara’s brother to intervene. In the process, the deceased’s brother accused Sylvester of being a fake man of God.

Pastor Ofori in response said, “if I don’t kill your sister then I am fake.” Barbara’s brother then advised her to to file a police report but she declined.

Sylvester Ofori followed through with his threat and killed his 27-year-old wife after a number of days when he shot and killed Barbara Tomney in the back seven times.

According to eye witness, Ofori followed Barbara to the work place. He then pulled the gun from his pocket and started shooting a visibly shocked Barbara until she fell dead.
