Popular Ghanaian scammer,Kwame Owusu Fordjour aka Dr UN has confirmed his celebrity status after he received the thunderous welcome that greeted his visit to Circle in Accra today.
The self-acclaimed diplomat gathered wild attention on social media after his organisation awarded the likes of Sarkodie, Berla Mundi, D Black, DJ Black among other top Ghanaian personalities with a UN award described as fake.

The saga stirred conversation on social media after it was discovered that he has no affiliation with the UN.
Though the UN has later issued a disclaimer to deny any affiliation with Dr Kwame Fordjour, now called Dr UN, he remains defiant about his scheme.
He also debunked reports that he has mental issues. Speaking to Sammy Flex about those peddling that information, he said “They are sick tell them. Who is having that mental instability that can organize such an event? They are cheap people”.

After going viral with his infamous fake UN awards, many have come to love and respect him.
In the videos making rounds on social media, Dr UN was mobbed when he was seen famously clad in his usual three-piece blue suit with a summer hat to match. He intermittently raised his hand in response to the cheers and applause.
His sarcastic smile coupled with an iconic majestic walk was obvious and the crowd could not afford to let him pass without showering him with all the cosmetic praise.

Surprisingly, Kwame Fordjour has not shown remorse after the fake UN award brouhaha.
He rather seems to be enjoying all the attention and media engagements he has been receiving so far.
