Late Zimbabwean businessman and male socialite Ginimbi funeral date and details has been released by his family members.
The funeral of late businessman and socialite Genius Ginimbi Kudungere will be held this Saturday at his Domboshava mansion, according to a family spokesman.

It is said that the socialite was very clear about how he wants to be buried, including the guests’ dress code.
In an interview, Ginimbi’s eldest sister, Juliet Kudngere said her brother used to tell them that he wanted a huge send-off, a well-planned funeral that won’t be rushed so that its is perfect.
“Genius was a fun-loving character. He always reminded us about how he wanted his funeral to be conducted. In fact, he had a plan and always said “ndiri big. Take time, planning for it. Check my requirements well and one of the things is that I want everyone who will be at my funeral to be dressed in all white, no matter who. Please, make sure you emphasise that, remember, I am an all-white guy. The all-white should be on the day of burial.”

“He would say, make sure you get in touch with my other friends abroad and wait for them to come. That is why we are saying for now the funeral will begin on Thursday and for now people are gathered at our father’s residence which is 400 metres away from Ginimbi’s mansion. We have set up a tent because there are lots of people coming from all walks of life and we could not accommodate them at the mansion.”
The family has subsequently put up multiple tents in order to accommodate everyone because of the high volume of people who will be attending Ginimbi’s funeral.
There will be one tent for friends and fans, then another tent for VIP guests so as to ensure that everyone is accommodated, far away from the mansion premises, which aren’t it enough to hist everyone.

Another reason for the tents, according to Juliet is to ensure that theft is prevented by opportunists who have already tried to steal chairs at the late businessmans mansion.
Chief Executive Officer of Ginimbi’s G4K security company Dr Peter Gwaza, said some people were coming with the intention of stealing Ginimbi’s property.
We have already caught two people who had stolen plastic chairs,” he said. “Again, the house has a lot of property that needs to be protected. I respect the decision by the family to have the funeral outside the mansion.”
Guests can expect a spectacle at the funeral including performances by artistes from Ginimbi’s entertainment company.
