A young lady identified as Maame Ama Broni has met her untimely death at Budunburam Refugee Camp near Kasoa.
Maame Ama Broni, who is believed to be in her 20s hails from Akwatia in the Eastern Region but was residing at the Refugee Camp.

According to reports, Ama Broni attended a carnival at Budumburam in the Gomoa East District where she met her untimely death.
The carnival dubbed ‘Family Street Carnival’ took place on Saturday, 16th January 2021 at Budumburam in the Central Region.
It was also gathered that Maame Ama Broni was dancing on stage during the night jam when a team of notorious boys reportedly rushed on her on stage.

Reports say as she was struggling to escape from them, she ended up falling off from the stage and landed on the ground with her head down.
She reportedly died instantly. Her body has since been deposited at a certain morgue in Kasoa pending an autopsy.
