Finally the woman who buried husband with snake gives explanation in new viral video.
Some days ago, a woman, believed to be a Ghanaian, was spotted burying her husband with a live snake that killed him.
The python was seen hanging around her neck until it was time to say her final words as pallbearers get ready to carry the body to its final resting place.
A background voice narrating why she embarked on the ritual said the snake bit the tongue of the deceased and that was how he met his untimely death, hence she thought it apt to bury him with what killed him.

Burying the dead with material stuff including money, jewels, and other possessions has been an ancient tradition that runs in the family of many indigenous Ghanaians, however, this really sent Ghanaians into a state of dismay as many people shared their views about it.
The woman has come out to give reasons why she decided to bury her husband with a snake and she gave the explanation during a recent interview on Neat FM.
According to the young woman, what she did had no spiritual implications as many Ghanaians are perceiving.

She stated that the snake was a pet her husband gave to her daughter, but upon his death, she felt she couldn’t cater well for it, so she decided that she will give it to him, and the only way she could give it to him was putting the snake in the coffin.
Towards the end of her submission, she indicated that the snake was removed at the cemetery before he was put to the ground.
