Former Blackstars captain Asamoah Gyan was on the verge of crying after Ghana drew 1-1 with Gabon on live television, 

Asamoah Gyan, who has participated in seven Africa Cup of Nations competitions and finished third in 2008, second in 2010, and second in 2015, became distraught following Gabon’s equalizing goal in the 89th minute.

Asamoah Gyan’s teary eyes were clearly seen in a few of photographs that have gone viral on the internet.

He would have sobbed if he hadn’t been on live television and was presumably at his own home or somewhere more private.

Ghana’s 1-1 tie with Gabon has enraged many football fans across the country, prompting harsh criticism of coach Milo and the players.
