In a yet-to-be premiered film ‘Heros of Africa’, Zion Train Productions reimagines the story of the Ghanaian hero.

But the family is unhappy with the depiction of their son in the movie.

According to them, the producer did not seek their consent or any agricultural government agencies like COCOBOD for the true and correct account of their relative’s life.

The movie is scheduled to premiere on Tetteh Quarshie’s birthdate, February 13th.

“Even though he (Tetteh Quarshie) was a national asset, he had a family who must be consulted, but we were not, so we are going to stop the premiere of the movie until the producers seek the right permission,” a spokesperson for the family said.

” When that is done, they will be required to write at the end of the movie that it was all fiction,” a family rep told Neat FM in an interview.
