Former Black Stars player, Nii Odartey Lamptey, has won back his East Legon Mansion after a long legal battle with his ex-wife Gloria.

The court finally reversed an earlier decision that gave the house to Mr. Lamptey’s ex-wife in their bitter divorce settlement.

According to Ghanaian journalist Saddick Adams, an Accra Court finally ruled that Mr. Lamptey can take possession of his house tomorrow Tuesday, April 5.

Lamptey has been renting since 2014 after the wife sued to claim the house following their divorce.

“NEWS: Former Ghana international Odartey Lamptey has won back his East Legon mansion from his ex wife. The Accra Court finally ruled that Mr Lamptey can take possession of his house tomorrow. Lamptey has been renting since 2014 after the wife sued to claim the house following their divorce,” reports Ghanaian journalist Saddick Adams.

The relationship between Odartey Lamptey and Gloria Lamptey hit the rocks in 2013 after DNA results revealed that he was not the biological father of his three children after 20 years of marriage.

Lamptey insisted that he never asked his estranged wife to sleep with other men to get pregnant for him after allegations that he was impotent.

He now has two children with his partner, actress Ruweida Yakubu.

Lamptey owns the Golden Lions Soccer Academy and Glow Lamp International School.
