A 36-year-old Safety Harbor woman and a 39-year-old Largo man have been arrested and face felony charges after deputies say they engaged in sexual activity with their dog.

Christina Calello, 36, was born in New Jersey, United States to the late Michael J. Calello and Jeanine D. Calello, 60. Michael and Jeanine have another daughter named Diane M. Calello,33.

Currently, Christina lives in Safety Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida, USA. She previously lived in Clearwater, Pinellas County.

Christina stands 5’1″ and weighs 110 pounds. She has several tattoos including the name of her father, who died on June 30, 2021 at the age of 67.

In May 2022, Christina was arrested and charged with domestic battery. Details about her arrest and her release are not available.

Christina’s former boyfriend Geoffrey Springer, 39, lives in Largo, Pinellas County. On multiple occasions over the course of roughly eight years, he allegedly recorded her while she was willingly engaging in sexual activity with their pet dog and stored the videos on a flash drive.

On August 2, 2022, Christina and Springer were arrested and booked into the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, Pinellas County. They were both charged with sexual activity involving animals.

Springer was released on his own recognizance. Christina was released after posting a $5,000 bond.

Pinellas Country Sheriff’s Department deputies took the dog to an animal hospital for a routine examination. During the examination, no visible injuries were found.
