Ghanaian actress and socialite, Rosemond Brown, popularly known as Akuapem Poloo, has converted from being a Christian to become a Muslim.
Islam is indeed a beautiful religion and it has inspired a number of people all over the world to study and even to convert to it.

Even many celebrities have converted from other faiths to Islam. While some did for marrying a certain person, some genuinely did it because of attraction towards the religion.
The reason for the actress who has been known to be a Christian since she came into the limelight conversion to a new faith hasn’t been made clear.
“Alhamdulillah full Muslim now. Thanks to the Deputy Imam of ASWAJ Ga West and Chief Imam on Nsakina Quran Reciter and his board for assisting in this,” she wrote on August 9, 2022.
Her post was accompanied by some pictures of her dressed in a long dress and a scarf she used in tying her hair.

Meanwhile, she wasn’t alone as she was spotted with eleven people comprising seven men wearing jalabiyas, and four women donning long dresses.
Full of smiles, Poloo held the Islamic water carrier which is popularly known in the local parlance as ‘buta’ in her right hand. Facing the men who were speaking to them.
After announcing her new faith, Akuapem Poloo has gained a lot of support from her online followers. Many of the people who happen to be Muslims have given her a warm welcome.
