Hawaii Island police have located 15-year-old Mikella Debina in good health in Hilo. She was previously reported missing.
An Amber Alert was issued after teenager Mikella Debina vanished from the beach in Anaehoomalu Bay where she was with her boyfriend.

Mikella’s aunt Lauren told Hawaii News now her niece and her boyfriend were at the beach when a suspect approached them and held them at knifepoint.
She said the girl was forced to tie up her boyfriend, before she was abducted.
She said: “He had my niece tie up her boyfriend, blind fold him and then took her.”
The Hawaii Police Department said the teen was last seen at approximately 1:30pm in the area wearing a black bikini top and floral print bottoms.

Mikella Debina was located today in Hilo, the day after police and family reported she was abducted from Anaehoʻomalu Bay. The event triggered an Amber Alert for Hawaiʻi island.
Police are now requesting the public’s assistance in locating 52-year-old Duncan Kealoha Mahi, wanted for outstanding warrants and kidnapping.
He was last seen on Kamehameha Avenue in Hilo at approximately 11:24 a.m. and may be operating a 2011 White Honda CRV bearing Hawai’i License Plates ZAE959.
Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
