Jones lives right next to Roseland Park in Sanford. — On Sunday night, he said he was home cleaning his house when he heard a loud bang.

“I thought that maybe it would be something to do with the construction because they’re building a lot of new houses out here, but about 30 minutes later there were a bunch of cops,” Jones said.

According to the sheriff’s office, 30-year-old Kameron Alston was found shot to death inside of a car at the park’s entrance.
