Funny Face accident—
Comedian and actor, Benson Nana Oduro, also known as Funny Face, has been in a car accident at Kakraba Junction, Kasoa.
The Ghanaian comedian did not sustain any injuries but was reported to have knocked down three pedestrians and crashed into two motorbikes.
Among the victims were a mother and her two children and two other motorcyclists whom he hit after the impact.

The incident is believed to have happened this evening (March 24, 2024) per the footage shared from the scene.
The circumstances leading to the accident remain unclear. Eyewitnesses, however, suggest that alcohol consumption may have been a factor, alleging that Funny Face was driving under the influence.
An individual who witnessed the unfortunate event recounted the details to UTV, a television station based in Accra.
“I came to park a car and as soon as I got out of the car, I realized the car had knocked down someone so I went in to check and it was Funny Face.
“He knocked down three people, one woman and two kids before knocking down another two motor riders. The crash was very serious. You can see my jeans trousers have been stained with blood,” the eyewitness said.
The injured parties have been rushed to the hospital for medical attention, with reports indicating that one of the victims, a young boy, is in critical condition.
As of now, the police have not issued a statement regarding the incident.
Who is Funny Face?
Benson Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng born on October 1, 1981, popularly known as Funny Face, is a Ghanaian comedian and actor.
Funny Face found fame after starring in a popular sitcom Chorkor Trotro. He is also known by other aliases like SwagOn-Papa and Children’s President.
He has been embroiled in a messy relationship issue in recent years with his baby mama, which issues led a court to refer him for psychological evaluation.
He is also on record to have admitted to battling depression at a point.
In recent rants, he attacked his baby mama on social media accusing her of scheming to take their three children away from him forever.
