Parents and siblings
Jon Moxley’s parents are Caryn and Danny Burl Good. The former WWE superstar had a tough infancy. He upheld himself by working the lowest pay jobs in production lines, eateries, and distribution centers. He has yet to uncover a lot about his relatives and family members.
Moxley and his sister were raised by a single mother. His family’s hustle impacted him and later prompted Moxley’s undesirable relationship with alcohol and drugs. His father’s work area was far from his home, which brought about his mom for the most part catering and accommodating him and his sister.
He generally makes his family his primary goal and is appreciative of his mom for endeavoring for her entire life to accommodate her kids. The names of Moxley’s mom and sister are yet to be found. Moxley didn’t upload any images of his mother, father and sister on any of his social media platforms.
However, his dad Dan shockingly went with Moxley for his match against Hangman Adam Page to start off the show in January 2023. This was Dan’s first-ever appearance close to the former AEW Champion on open wrestling TV.
Jon Moxley’s wife is Renee Paquette. She is a Canadian-American television personality and sports broadcaster who worked as a backstage interviewer for All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
Renee Paquette was previously known for her time in WWE between 2012 and 2020, where she served as a commentator, presenter, and interviewer under the ring name Renee Young.
She was born on September 19, 1985, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Renee Paquette and Jon Moxley met in 2013 during their time in WWE and got married in an impromptu ceremony in Las Vegas on April 9, 2017 12.
Jon Moxley has one daughter named Nora with his wife Renee Paquette. Nora was born on June 15, 2021.
Paquette shared on Twitter that her “baby girl is officially here” and would be “checking out and becoming a mom.”
“She’s absolutely incredible!!” she added, tweeting the following week, “I’m so effing obsessed with this kid. Holy crap 😭.”
Paquette confirmed her baby girl’s moniker on June 21 with the first post about her daughter’s arrival on Instagram. The former athlete shared a side-by-side picture of herself at nine months pregnant and one week postpartum, noting it’s “truly insane what our bodies do.”
“They go to battle for us and our babies! I was so swollen after having Nora, 24 hours of labor, and then a c-section rocked my world. But the recovery is fascinating,” she wrote. “I kept wondering what it would feel like on the other side of pregnancy, and while it’s certainly not easy and my nipples would like to be emancipated from my body, we did the damn thing! 🙌🏻🙌🏻”
Sharing a gallery of maternity photos and glimpses of their nursery in April, Paquette told People that her baby’s name was picked out “really early” on.
“I won’t spoil it, but it is a tribute to my grandmother who was from Nova Scotia,” she said at the time. “She was just the absolute best, so I wanted to give a little bit of love to my Nanny.”

More About Jon Moxley
Good made his professional wrestling debut in 2004, and competed as Jon Moxley in several independent promotions such as Heartland Wrestling Association (HWA), Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw), Full Impact Pro (FIP), Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), and Dragon Gate USA (DGUSA).
Upon signing with WWE in 2011, he was renamed Dean Ambrose and began competing in the company’s developmental territories of Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) and NXT, before joining the main roster in November 2012 as a member of The Shield alongside Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins.
Ambrose won the WWE United States Championship, his first championship in WWE, in May 2013; his 351-day reign became the longest United States Championship reign since the title came under WWE’s ownership (breaking the record previously held by Montel Vontavious Porter). After widespread success, The Shield split in June 2014.
Ambrose went on to win the WWE Championship once, the WWE Intercontinental Championship three times, and the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship[b] twice (both times with Rollins), which made him WWE’s 27th Triple Crown Champion and 16th Grand Slam Champion. He also won the Money in the Bank ladder match in 2016.
Upon leaving WWE after his contract expired in April 2019, Good reverted to his Jon Moxley character and made his surprise debut the following month at Double or Nothing, AEW’s inaugural event. He started wrestling for NJPW in June 2019 and won the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship in his first NJPW match, becoming the only person to have held the United States Championships in both WWE and NJPW.
He would briefly vacate the championship but quickly won it back a second time, subsequently setting a record for the longest reign in the championship’s history. He also won the AEW World Championship in February of that year, making him the first person to hold championships in AEW and NJPW simultaneously.
He won the AEW World Championship twice more in 2022, setting records for the most world championship wins and longest cumulative reigns in AEW history. He would also win the AEW International Championship in September 2023, making him the company’s only wrestler to hold both the world championship and a secondary championship.
He has headlined 11 AEW pay-per-view events, the most in the company’s history. He has held 13 total championships (including four world championships and three United States championships) between WWE, AEW, and NJPW.
Noted for his onscreen character’s unhinged and intense nature, Good is regarded as one of the best wrestlers in the world and has been recognized for his popularity with audiences. He won the Pro Wrestling Illustrated award for Most Popular Wrestler of the Year in 2014, 2015, and 2022, and was named Wrestler of the Year by Sports Illustrated in 2019.
He was also ranked first on the 2020 edition of Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s list of the top 500 wrestlers in the world. He has sporadically ventured into acting, most notably starring in the films 12 Rounds 3: Lockdown (2015) and Cagefighter: Worlds Collide (2020).
