Judith Nakintu went to Saudi Arabia in good health, only to return to find out that her kidney had been removed without her permission.
She is likely to receive millions from her old employer after a long legal dispute.

Nankintu’s former employer, Saad Dhafer, said she was injured in an accident, and Nile Treasure Gate, the labor export company that flew her to Jeddah, said they believed him.
The company’s lawyer stated that after learning of the accident, they began legal steps to assist her in receiving compensation.
Judith was said to have been involved in an accident that killed two of her employer’s children, according to documents disclosed, including a traffic report.
However, it was discovered after she arrived in Uganda that one of her kidneys had been removed under mysterious circumstances.
Nile Treasure Gate stated that they had no idea how Judith lost her kidney and that they had written to the King Fahad Hospital where she was treated following the accident but had not gotten a response.
“We hope that our clients need to have their day in court and we believe justice would be served,” the company’s lawyer said.
“A lawsuit was filed on her behalf and the court ruled in her favour. The 30th January ruling ordered Dhafer to compensate her KSh 8.7 million (31,825,778.15) after legal fees,” the lawyer explained.
The lawyer representing Judith’s family, on the other hand, disputed Nile Treasure Gate’s explanation, claiming that the company was out to deceive them.
“We leave the case to authorities and if need be, let them travel to Saudi Arabia to understand what happened,” he told NTV Uganda.
