It’s no news that it’s the season of trolls since the advent of social media. Hiding behind keyboards, some people choose to bring down certain personalities with their words.
This apparent epidermic mostly affect famous people who these trolls believe should know how they are perceived.

Many celebrities deal with hate comments everyday as much as they deal with people worshiping them on social media and often times, these famous personalities take the full brunt of the negative comments being made by the trolls without so much as saying a word.
Just recently, veteran Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic was criticised by a troll over her choice of phone.
It all began after the beautiful actress posted a throwback mirror selfie of herself on social media via Instagram.

As expected, the post garnered several reactions from many fans and trolls alike. While some people found the photo adorable and showered her with accolades, others however seized the opportunity to troll her
Amongst the many people who trolled her was an Instagram user identified @kingslywayawaya who mocked Rita Dominic for using an iPhone 6 to take the photo.
He took to the comment section to write ;
“Your mates dey use iphone 12, you still dey use iphone 6, Aunty you need to upgrade.”
