American rapper, Kanye West appears to be overjoyed that his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have called it quits up.
On Monday (Aug. 8) The Yeezy fashion designer made a rare Instagram post taking direct shots at his ex-wife’s former beau.
The post features a faux New York Times newspaper with the fake headline “Skete Davidson Dead at Age 28.”
The newspaper also took aim at West’s other nemesis Kid Cudi with a subheadline reading, “Kid Cudi meant to play funeral but fearful of bottle throwers,”.
This is in reference to Kid Cudi, cutting his headline set at Rolling Loud short on July 22 due to people throwing bottles at him.
He filled in for Kanye at the last minute but then Kanye turned up later anyway and performed.
Kanye, who goes by the name of Ye was close friends with Cudi since the mid 2010s and while they’ve had a rocky friendship, they were said to have fallen out again this year due to his friendship with Pete.
Kanye West let the image do the talking by opting not to caption it. It’s the only post to appear on his account — for now.
While some fans were amused by the post, namely the Kid Cudi reference, others called Kanye out for the inappropriate nature.
