Born in 1994, Peregrine John Dickinson Pearson – also known as Perry – is the 5th Viscount of Chowdry.
His title was created in 1917 for the industrialist Weetman Pearson, 1st Baron Cowdray, head of the Pearson conglomerate. Born into extreme wealth, his aristocratic family are said to be worth £224million.
His father owns a hefty chunk of the Pearson media empire and the 16,500-acre West Sussex estate which is home to Cowdray Park polo club, where both Prince William and Prince Harry have played.

Peregrine is considered one of Britain’s most eligible bachelors.
Away from Sophie Turner, his most high profile romance was when he dated King Charles’s goddaughter – who is a real life princess. Perry split from model Princess Maria-Olympia of Greece and Denmark in September 2023.

The pair were first linked on October 29, 2023. when they were spotted kissing in Paris. An onlooker who saw the smooch at the Gare du Nord railway station, exclusively told The Sun that the pair were “laughing a lot”.
After the smooch, the pair parted in chauffeur-driven cars — before reuniting later at the city’s Stade de France where Sophie unveiled the Rugby World Cup trophy.
Sophie follows Perry on Instagram but it is not known how they became close. Sophie’s agent has been approached for comment.
