Shatta Wale has denounced his nationality as a Ghanaian after being cyber bullied. This was after Shatta Wale made posts on his Twitter account celebrating a Grammy nomination for Beyonce’s album since he was featured on the album.
Some of his followers accused him of being a liar for saying that and he responded with insults. He later posted that, he is not a Ghanaian and that he actually belongs to Shatta movement nation.

According to Shatta Wale he does not want to be stupid and poor minded like Ghanaians. He seems to have been really irritated by the accusations made against him. He also added that, even though Ghana is a very peaceful place however the people in it are very foolish.

This is a very bad thing as an artist to insult people especially a whole nation just because you are angry at what someone said to you. We hope he renders an apology to Ghanaians for this statement. See posts below:
